About Mountain View RV Campground and Cafe

• Colorado holds a special place in the memories of most people who have ever experienced its' beauty and wonder. The state offers a wide range of activities for all ages. From camping, hiking, fishing, & horseback riding, to gambling and shopping, there's something for everyone.

• Hungry? Our unique full service cafe will help keep bachelors, wives and backwoods enthusiasts from wasting precious time cooking, serving Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week in Summer (closed Sunday & Monday in Winter) and now Dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings.

• Forget something? We sell ice, firewood, propane and souvenirs. We also carry a limited supply of the basic RV needs.

• Open year 'round, Mountain View RV Campground and Cafe is a family owned and operated RV Park/Campground, that has RV camping sites for any length of stay from one night to year 'round full time. We offer Bunkhouse style rental cabins, as well as tent camping sites, all have GREAT VIEWS of The Sangre De Cristo Mountains. There is an on-site laundry house, shower house, and playground for the youngin's. Recently we added FREE Wi-Fi for those staying with us.

• Mountain View RV Campground and Cafe is located in the Heart of Royal Gorge Country, less than 7 miles west of Canon City, on Highway 50 West. It is the ideal base camp for any of the nearby attractions, including Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, whitewater rafting, fishing, hunting, photography excursions, hiking, horseback riding, and many others.
